    Fantastic and delightful customer service, fast replacement when I had problems with my RAM

    Rude and unhelpfull customer service. I ordered 2 computers online sent incorrect. Went to their Aurburn stall to fix the issue with very reluctant staff. Ordered 2 new computers over the counter and waited another 2 weeks for the arrival. Went to collect and it was the wrong computers again. They have have not refunded any money and did not assist in any way.

    Apart from cheap parts wouldn't come here otherwise. Definitely not for the customer service that's for sure.

    Excellent prices and range if you know what you want. Customer service and product support isn't great if you need it.

    Decent place if you know exactly what you want and simply want the best price. Would steer clear if you want service or advice which is done better elsewhere. Have come here a few times on the weekends and the lines are usually long and the service slow.
