  I bough mattress and base,paid a lot of money for "on line store product",mattress and base delivered,since then never ending problem,base replace twice, mattress replaced twice,now they want to push me to get a replacement mattress which is even not what I bought,bought while , they want to give me grey, and Craig the owner terrible attitude and arrogant, talking court than fixing issue with his supplier.

  They told me the beds were in stock and that it'd be delivered in 2 weeks, the beds were delivered 3 months later. Bed was damaged and missing parts, then they refused to communicate until I lodged with fair trading. Then they offered half the amount I paid for the bed. They are dodgy and should be closed down! I thought buying from an Aussie small business owner would be good, but they are shonky, rude, and never again will I trust any furniture from them. Buyers beware! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. It is over a year later post purchase and I'm still awaiting a refund which has recently been granted by fair trading. I proved my case and it's still a fight to get my money back. As a pensioner with 2 disabled kids, it's not good enough. BE SAFE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!

  I would give them 0 stars If i could. We were told that our bed and mattress will be delivered in 2 weeks but it has been 8 weeks now and no sign of any delivery. We paid in full on the day.You cannot contact them and when you do talk to them they give you so much attitude. I would not deal with them ever again.

  Thought I'd leave a review counter to some of the negative feedback as I had a good experience with My Furniture Store. I put in a request for a quote online over the weekend as I was buying 3 queen sized mattresses. They quoted me a really great price. Went in-store on Monday to see the mattresses and discuss the quote. I got a bit of hesitation from the staff when I mentioned the quoted price - I believe they had mistakenly given me pricing for single mattresses instead of queen sized. I was expecting excuses and to walk out frustrated after a half hour drive out of my way to go there, but instead they did the right thing and honoured the quote as given without having to argue it. I paid an extra $50 for delivery to Marrickville and the mattresses were delivered that afternoon. Haven't set up the beds just yet, but so far I'm very happy with the customer service alone - the staff were friendly and helpful, and if I see anything else I'm after there I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

  Go to proper established store and buy there, MFS all their stuff coming from China and you pay top dollar for low quality. Supplier is SWAN, they even worst,terrible product and not proper support..
