  I love this shop, I like to walk around in there and look at all the fish. They have a huge variety of aquatic animals and good prices on tanks and accessories. Service there is helpful and friendly.

  I bought a Ehim filter from the shop and expected to get support from the staff for installation. I experienced some difficulties to connect the tube and switches. Then I rang the shop three times and tried to get a photo of the demo I saw in the shop, but I could not get it. What buy it from the shop instead from an on line shop when I pay more but can't get support? but pay more? Next time buy a product from the website in lower price or go for a more helpful retail.

  This is the only place we will buy fish from. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. The range for fish care is great as are the fish available for purchase. The fish in their tanks look healthy and content. They also have a range of other live animals (scorpions, spiders etc)

  My children and I ventured into our favourite aquarium at Auburn to purchase a new filter, pump and some fish...... while we are always greeted and served kindly by the staff members in the store we sometimes purchase the wrong kinds of fish to join our existing ones only to see that within a few weeks they have destroyed each other again or have died due to temperature or water changes.. It's only been a year now since we began creating our aquarium at home and we are still learning... Today, we were served by a lovely and very knowledgeable young man by the name of Shannon and he was so amazingly helpful to my 3 children and I. We will be back to see you soon Shannon and thank you so much for your amazing service
